JOB DESCRIPTION
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY – NETWORK SUPPORT ENGINEER
Qualified candidates will have several years of experience and expertise with all technical aspects of Windows networks, MS Exchange, WANs, Firewalls, desktop support, etc. This position will require you to be customer-focused with strong interpersonal and listening skills and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, leading edge technology environment.

LOOKING FOR :
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (desired)
- Experience with Windows Server 2003, group policy objects & Active Directory
- Familiar with BackupExec, tape libraries & autoloaders
- Experience with common small business firewalls/appliances (a must)
- Experience installing & administering Exchange 2003 at the enterprise level
- Proficient with TCP/IP protocol level troubleshooting, routing, subnets, and DNS
- Experience with Microsoft IIS, Terminal Server & basic SQL Server admin
- Strong problem solving skills with Windows XP workstations & LAN issues
