XMi Technology names Michael Galo Director of IT Services

Michael Galo of Nashville has been named director of information technology services at XMi Technology, a Nashville-based information technology & business consulting services firm.
“Michael was indispensable to XMi Technology as a business consultant, and we are so pleased to now have him on board as a full-time member of our management team,” XMi Technology president Greg Flanagan said. “His combined business management experience and strong technical knowledge will be invaluable as we grow and develop.”

In his new role, Galo will be responsible for management of operations, business development as well as providing customers with business process engineering and information technology integration consulting.
Galo comes to XMi Technology from NorthPoint Software & Services, an asset-based business consulting firm where he served as regional vice president responsible for business development and territory expansion.
He brings to XMi Technology over 18 years of information technology and business management experience in multiple industries. Galo’s technical expertise includes time and labor management, business process improvement, executive coaching, network and systems design, and long-range technology plans.

Galo holds a master’s in business administration from Belmont University and a bachelor’s degree in computer science and business administration from the University of Southern Mississippi.
