XMi Completes Acquisition of InfoAdvantage, Inc.

XMi, a Nashville-based management services company, today announced that it has completed the acquisition of the assets of InfoAdvantage, Inc., an Information Technology services firm based in Brentwood, TN. XMi adds InfoAdvantage to its portfolio of services companies, which includes non-profit management, association management, real estate management, human resources, and payroll services.

InfoAdvantage has been a leading IT services firm in Middle TN for the past dozen years. The company has worked with over 500 clients helping them with software development, IT infrastructure/network administration, web site development, and IT consulting. InfoAdvantage currently has 45 active customer engagements. InfoAdvantage is an IBM Premier and e-Business Partner, and a Microsoft Certified Partner.

InfoAdvantage President and CEO Greg Flanagan will join XMi as President of the IT Division which will be called XMi Technology.
